The Coaxial cable scissors KKS-16 is a good tool for cutting coaxial cables up to 8 mm. Due to the special shape of the blades, the center conductor is not deformed when cutting the coaxial cable. This is ideal for N, BNC and other plugs and sockets that use a center contact sleeve. The central conductor of coaxial cables consists of either a central conductor or seven evenly arranged wires. In the case of very flexible coaxial cables, 19 or up to 37 individual conductor wires are often processed to form a center conductor system. After cutting the coax cable with the KKS-16 Coaxial cable scissor, the center contact of the center contact sleeve can be easily plugged on. There is therefore hardly any risk of a wire being outside the center contact, which could lead to a short circuit in unfavorable situations. This rubber sleeve protects plug connections from corrosion and prevents water from entering the installed plug such as BNC, PL and N plugs. For coaxial cables with a diameter of 4.5 to 12 mm. ELAD SwitchBox Automatic Transmit/Receive Switch In case you use a scanner or a software defined receiver (SDR) for reception, and you want to transmit with your normal transceiver, you need an antenna switch. Such a device must switch the antenna immediately on transmission. TRSWITCH does just that. The switch has a connection for the antenna, and two connectors for the receiver and the transmitter.
