This antenna litz wire is manufactured specifically for antennas. The litz consists of a Kevlar core with approx. 1.1 mm2 tinned and fine stranded copper conductors. 1x 0.4 mm Kevlar and 24x 0.25 mm copper. The jacket is made of black UV-resistant PE. The total diameter is approx. 2.5 mm. The tensile strength is approx. 50 kg. You will receive a strong, flexible and relatively light antenna litz wire.

Mantelwellensperre / RFI-Choke 2KW Version Diese Mantelwellensperre vermeidet, dass die Abschirmung des Koaxialkabels nicht Teil des Antennensystems wird und ungewollt abstrahlt. Darüberhinaus dient sie der Anpassung des unsymmetrischen Koaxkabels an symmetrische Antennen und kann daher auch als "1:1" Balun verwendet werden. Durch den Aufbau nach dem W2DU Prinzip, ist die Mantelwellensperre 2KW extrem breitbandig und verlustarm. Eine Vielzahl von hochpermeablen Ferrithülsen (28 Stück) werden auf hochtemperaturfestes PTFE Koaxkabel gefädelt, eingeschrumpft und entsprechende Stecker montiert. Somit lässt sie sich leicht in die Koaxzuleitung integrieren. Die Mantelwellensperre 2KW ist ca 70cm lang, sehr breitbandig und verfügt über ca. 1500 Ohm Sperrdämfung im Frequenzbereich von 160m - 2m. Sie ist wetterfest eingeschrumpft und hat 2 hochwertige PL259 Stecker mit PTFE-Dialektrikum und Goldkontakt an den Enden. Ein PL258 Verbinder auch mt PTFE und Goldkontakt ist im Lieferumfang enthalten. WICHTIG! Platzieren Sie die Mantelwellensperre 2KW im Falle einer End Fed-Antenne nicht direkt am Speisepunkt der Antenne!Zwischen dem Transformer der End Fed und der Mantelwellensperren sollte ein Koaxkabel mit einer Länge von >= λ 0,05 (bei 80m etwa 4,20m) eingefügt werden.
