1. Shipping costs

Our webshop has an automatic shipping cost calculation. Customers with delivery country Germany see the shipping costs immediately with the first item in the shopping cart. Foreign customers must first enter the full address to see the shipping costs, which is necessary for the calculation.

For packaging / shipping costs, please refer to the table below. All prices include VAT.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, e.g. Switzerland, any applicable taxes and duties must be borne by the customer. The German VAT for deliveries to (non-EU) countries is not calculated.

 
DHL Zone 1: Shipping costs 16,00 EUR (EU like UK, Belgium, Netherlands, France, ...) 

DHL Zone 2: Shipping costs 33,00 EUR

DHL Zone 3: Shipping costs 55,00 EUR

DHL Zone 4: Shipping costs 65,00 EUR

Any customs fees are charged to the customer
