Copper/Kevlar Antenna Wire
This antenna litz wire made of copper/Kevlar, is specially manufactured in the Netherlands for use as long wire, endfed, dipole or other antennas. The wire consists of a Kevlar core with approx. 1.1 mm2 tinned copper braid. The combination of Kevlar and copper gives an optimal mix of RF wire and tensile strength of about 50kg. In contrast to the pure copper braid, the length remains stable here, because the braid does not elongate over time. Thus, frequency and SWR remain stable over a long time. The insulation is made of high quality and UV-resistant PE. This antenna wire is therefore durable, strong, still flexible and has with only 14g per meter, a low weight. Ideal for travel (SOTA, IOTA; etc) but also perfect for a permanently installed antenna.

The super-light and high-strength stranded antenna wire is specially manufactured for use as long wire, end-fed, dipole or other antennas. The antenna strand is only 1.6 mm thick and consists of 6x0.25 mm tinned copper braiding. It has a core of tear-resistant Vectran fibers® and a weatherproof PE insulation. This gives it a maximum breaking load of up to 60kg! The low weight of only 4g per meter makes it ideal for mobile operation, DX expeditions SOTA, IOTA, COTA or POTA.

Mounting plate for the toroid in the housing of our End Fed kits
This mounting plate enables the toroidal cores FT240 or FT140 to be firmly mounted in the housing of our End Fed kits. The mounting plate is made of 1.6mm thick printed circuit board material and already has the mounting holes for the various toroidal cores. The M3 fastening material made of stainless steel are included.
