Boni-Whip Active Antenna 20kHz - 300MHz Wide frequency range 20 kHz - 300 MHz Small dimensions  Ideal for traveling, at home or DX-Camps The BONI-WHIP active antenna replaces the very successful Mini-Whip antenna. Despite its size (only approx. 17 cm long), it renders excellent reception results on longwave, mediumwave and shortwave and additionally for VHF up to 300 MHz. We developed this antenna ourselves and it is built here in Germany, so it really is “Made in Germany” by Bonito. The antenna offers a lot of improvements and better values than the original Mini-Whip. It can be used beginning with 20 kHz and is a good choice for listeners who are interested in low frequencies. We also thought about radio listeners who are interested in high frequencies and extended the range to 300 MHz. Even with only a little effort you can achieve fantastic reception results; and because of its small size, the antenna can be erected inconspicuously.  The active antenna circuitry is cased in a weather resistant box. The voltage supply is delivered by the antenna cable and the included power supply module.  Boni-Whip: As flexible as you Because of its interchangeable radiating elements (Whips) the Boni-Whip can be used with different elements for experiments. The antenna can thus be adjusted to the surrounding environment or a special reception area. Customer comment I have performed extensive outdoor tests on the Boni-Whip at various locations in Germany, Austria, and USA; and even I am amazed that we have produced an antenna with such small size, mobility and excellent performance/price ratio. The Boni-Whip shortwave antenna is delivered without a coaxial cable, as everyone needs a different length. We offer you the right coaxial cables such as the H155 or the even better shielded Hyperflex 5 in different lengths. You need two coax cables: A coax cable between the Boni-Whip and the feeder with BNC plugs. In addition, another coaxial cable, from the feed switch (BNC plug) to your receiver. A stabilized 12V DC transformer power supply (no switching power supply!) Which can deliver approx. 150mA with a 5.5 / 2.1mm barrel connector is required for the power supply. The mast bracket, which is available in 28mm and 40mm, is useful for mounting on the mast etc. The OVP1000 surge arrester can also be useful for current weather events. To protect the BNC connector against weather influences, we offer a self-vulcanizing adhesive tape called NittoTape. If you want a little more amplification, you can also use the longer and flexible radiator, which brings approx 3 dB more level. In addition to small improvements in electronics, the new MegActiv MA305FT has been equipped with a switchable FM band-stop filter. Thus, disturbing radiation from the FM band between 88 and 108 MHz can be easily minimized The new MegActiv MA305FT close the gap between the Boni-Whip and the GigActiv GA3005 E-Field Antennas. This low noise active antenna, which is produced according to the highest standards, covers the frequency range between 9kHz and 300MHz. With a radiating element of only 22 cm / 8,66 inch it can be erected inconspicuously. It can be powered with 5-15 V DC (max.10mA) and alternatively with the supplied Power unit CPI 1500DP via USB. Flexible FM-band stop filter Based on the well proven Megactiv platform, an additional low pass filter and a FM-band stop filter were integrated which can be activated or deactivated with a jumper. In case of FM-interferences, the FM bandstop filter can be activated with a jumper and so FM signals between 88 MHz and 108 MHz will be attenuated by 25 – 40 dB. Flexible power supply The MegActiv MA305FT can be operated by two different kinds of power sources. It can be powered either by a conventional plug power supply (5,5 / 2,1mm round plug) or via USB with a optional Cable. Powering via USB has the advantage that no external power supply is needed and that the antenna can be operated  autonomously and noise-free with a separate USB PowerBank. Mini Endfed Antenna Kit for 10-15-20-40-80m, max 100 Watts PEP and 1:49 Transformer The Mini Endfed is a small endfed antenna solution for mobile use, travel, QRP, SOTA (Summit on the Air) or DX expeditions etc. The IP65 protected polar carbonate housing with a size of only 64x58x35 mm, can be easily stored in your pocket or backpack. The weight is about 250-500 grams, depending on the length of the spotlight. The kit has both a connector for the ANTenna and GND for a counter poise capacitance. We have also integrated the M4 ring. This makes it very easy to attach the Mini Endfed with a carabiner and use the thimble as a strain relief. All screws, nuts and the ring are made of stainless steel. If you attach the antenna to the top of a telescopic mast and slide out the mast segments, you are on the air within minutes! To attach the body of the 1:49 Transformer to a mast, you can use the same bracket as used by our active antennas. This End Fed Multiband Antenna comes with the antenna wire of your choice: Standard Antenna wire: This antenna litz wire is made of 1.0 mm2 fine stranded copper conductor with a black PVC insulation. The total diameter is about 2 mm. Ideal for experiments or vacation antennas. Since the core is only copper, this stranded wire will always elongate a bit over time, making it thinner. The tensile strength of this antenna strand is limited. Copper/Kevlar antenna litz wire This antenna litz wire is manufactured specifically for antennas. The litz consists of a Kevlar core with approx. 1.1 mm2 tinned and fine stranded copper conductors. 1x 0.4 mm Kevlar and 24x 0.25 mm copper. The jacket is made of black UV-resistant PE. The total diameter is approx. 2.5 mm. The tensile strength is approx. 50 kg. You will receive a strong, flexible and relatively light antenna litz wire. Where space is at a premium or you live in an area where an antenna is considered an undesirable element in neighborhood, the new GigActiv GA3005 is the ideal solution for the avid listener with a wide band receiver. The low noise GigActiv 3005 Extreme Wideband Active Antenna by NTi covers the whole frequency range from 9 kHz – 3 GHz. The antenna radiator measures only 10 cm (approx 4 inches) and so the unit can be mounted unobtrusively.
