Our special heat shrink tube with MIL and UL approval. The inside is coated with an extremely adhesive hot melt adhesive. Due to the heating during the shrinking process, the adhesive melts and reliably fills all edges and bumps. In this way, a waterproof sheathing is achieved. We use these heat shrink tubing on all our cable assemblies for H155, Hyperflex 5 and Ultraflex 7 coaxial cables.

  • The shrinkage rate is approximately 3: 1.
  • The required shrink temperature is 120°C.
  • Continuous temperature resistance: - 55°C to + 110°C

Electrical insulation, tabs, coaxial connectors, screwed connections

Handling

  1. When cutting, make sure you have smooth cut edges.
